This Privacy Policy describes how Night Mode Camera ("the App") by Dark Cube handles information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. No Personal Data Collection

The App does not require account creation, registration, or login. We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.

2. Data We Collect

The App collects the following non-personal data through third-party services:

  • App info and performance – Crash logs, diagnostics, and app performance data collected automatically by Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify and fix issues.
  • Device or other IDs – Anonymous device identifiers used by Google AdMob to serve and measure advertisements.

3. Device Permissions

  • Camera – Required to capture photos and videos. All camera data is processed on your device and never transmitted to any server.
  • Microphone – Used during video recording to capture audio. Audio is saved locally as part of the video file.
  • Internet – Required for advertisements, crash reporting, and in-app purchases.

4. Photos and Videos

All photos and videos are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload, sync, or transmit your media files to any server. You may delete them at any time through the App or your device's file manager.

5. Third-Party Services

Google AdMob

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Firebase Crashlytics

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash reports and diagnostics. This may include device type, OS version, and error stack traces. No personal information is included. See Firebase Privacy.

Google Play Billing

The App offers an optional in-app purchase to remove ads. All transactions are handled by Google Play. We do not have access to your payment information.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data. The only data leaving your device consists of anonymous crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) and device identifiers for ad serving (Google AdMob).

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Data Deletion

All locally stored data (preferences, photos, videos) is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data in device settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
